Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or Information Systems. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech, financial services, banking, payments, or digital products. Strong experience in requirements gathering, producing business and functional documentation, process mapping, assessing business impact, and supporting end-to-end change delivery. Comfortable working with data and experience with tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is advantageous.

This is an opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, product, technology and operations teams to deliver data-led improvements across a dynamic financial-services environment.The successful candidate will play a key role in translating business needs into clear requirements, supporting change initiatives and improving processes that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency and commercial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document and validate business requirementsTranslate complex requirements into user stories, process maps, functional specifications and acceptance criteriaAnalyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvementsSupport the delivery of new products, platforms, integrations and operational-change initiativesConduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance insightsWork closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams throughout the project lifecycleFacilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions and solution reviewsSupport UAT planning and execution, including test-case development, issue tracking and resolutionPrepare clear documentation and presentations for senior management and project stakeholdersEnsure solutions are aligned with regulatory, risk and operational requirements within a fintech settingRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Information Systems or a related disciplineProven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within fintech, financial services, banking, payments or digital productsStrong experience gathering requirements and producing structured business and functional documentationAbility to map processes, assess business impact and support end-to-end change deliveryComfortable working with data; experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools is advantageous
