Description
Costing section head * Prepare and review standard and actual product costs.* Analyze cost variances and identify root causes with corrective action recommendations.* Review and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and monitor waste and yield variances.* Monitor raw material, packaging, labor, and manufacturing overhead costs.* Prepare profitability analysis reports by product and customer.* Participate in budgeting and cost control processes.* Monitor inventory transactions and perform cost-related reconciliations.* Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs.* Prepare periodic costing and management reports for senior management.* Lead and supervise the Costing team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
