Office Administrator — Alexandria, EgyptCompany: UK Medical ClinicsLocation: Alexandria, EgyptPosition: Office Administrator / Team MemberSalary: EGP 8,000–13,000 per monthStart date: ImmediateAbout the roleUK Medical Clinics is seeking a proactive, reliable and well-organised individual to join our Alexandria office.As an Office Administrator, you will support the day-to-day running of the office and help ensure smooth coordination across our UK-affiliated medical clinics. This role requires excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.Key responsibilities1. Office and clinic administrationAssist with the preparation and setup of clinic sessions.Keep the office, equipment and clinical materials clean, organised and ready for use.Monitor office supplies and ensure essential materials remain available.Coordinate arrangements for patient appointments and follow-up activities.2. Communication and correspondenceCommunicate professionally with patients by telephone and email in both English and Arabic.Schedule appointments and manage patient follow-ups.Respond promptly and professionally to general enquiries.Translate written and spoken communication between English and Arabic when required.Handle confidential patient information carefully and professionally.3.
