Staff Facilities EngineerPosition SummaryResponsible for engineering design, project execution, and infrastructure management of upstream facilities. This role leads cross-functional teams to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective oil, gas, and water systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead infrastructure planning and project management for assigned assets.Design and manage installation, expansion, and commissioning of production facilities.Manage midstream related projects involving compression, power generation, oil stabilization, and gas treating.Develop and maintain hydraulic and process simulation models for oil, gas, and produced water systems.Manage pipeline design and permitting in coordination with regulatory teams.Serve as project manager for pipeline and facilities projects.Develop equipment specifications and forecast material requirements in collaboration with supply chain.Provide engineering support for operations and maintenance activities.Prepare AFEs and oversee cost tracking and forecasting.Drive process optimization, cost efficiency, and emissions reduction initiatives.Support mechanical integrity programs and promote a strong safety culture.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Electrical Engineering.10+ years of relevant experience in upstream or midstream facilities engineering.Strong knowledge of production facilities, process equipment, and field construction practices.Familiarity with applicable industry codes, environmental, regulatory, and safety standards.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.Additional InformationPeriodic field travel required.
