Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with 6-8 years of experience in Workplace Technology, End-User Computing, or IT Infrastructure, including at least 3 years focused on governance, standards, or architecture. Must have proven experience with endpoint platforms, collaboration tools, and endpoint management tools, along with a strong understanding of workplace technology architectures and standardization. Experience in defining and implementing technical standards, policies, and configuration baselines is essential, as is knowledge of endpoint security controls and identity/access management concepts. Familiarity with ITIL processes and the ability to interpret and apply security and compliance requirements are also necessary.
