As our Head of Science, you won’t just manage a department — you will create it. You’ll play a key role in designing a Science experience that sparks curiosity, encourages inquiry, and helps our students become critical thinkers and problem-solvers in an ever-changing world. What you’ll be doing Leading and growing a vibrant Science team (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) Building a strong, inquiry-led IB-aligned curriculum Creating classrooms where curiosity is encouraged and questions are celebrated Supporting and mentoring teachers so they feel confident, inspired, and valued Ensuring students not only achieve well, but also love learning Science Driving innovation in STEM and hands-on learning Who we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who is not just experienced, but passionate about making a difference.
