Master's degree or Regulatory Affairs certification is an advantage. 3-5 years of experience in technical support, Regulatory Affairs, or Product Management within the Animal Health in GCC. Strong knowledge of veterinary medicinal products, feed supplements, nutraceuticals, and herbal products. Proven experience in technical & regulatory. Currently Based in UAE.

Job SummaryThe Technical and Regulatory Affairs Manager is responsible for the regulatory and technical support activities for the Animal Health Division across the METAP region (Middle East, Turkey, Africa & Pakistan). The role ensures timely product registrations, regulatory compliance, scientific support, and successful product commercialization while working closely with internal stakeholders, distributors, regulatory authorities, and global teams to achieve the company's growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory AffairsManage product registrations, renewals, variations, and regulatory submissions in accordance with local regulations. Liaise with regulatory authorities, local agents, and distributors to ensure timely approvals. Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business. Ensure all product labeling, artwork, packaging, and promotional materials comply with local regulatory requirements. Maintain regulatory documentation and product licenses for all registered products. Technical support Serve as the regional technical expert for the Animal Health portfolio, including Companion Animal, Poultry, and Large Animal products. Provide scientific and technical support to Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and distributors. Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal teams, distributors, veterinariansPrepare technical dossiers, scientific presentations, product brochures and marketing support materials. Support field trials, product evaluations, and post-launch technical activities. Investigate and respond to technical inquiries and product complaints in collaboration with Quality Assurance and R&D. Coordinate launch readiness with Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with international Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure successful project execution. Support demand planning by providing regulatory timelines and launch forecasts. Participate in annual business planning, budget preparation, and strategic portfolio reviews.
