Requirements
Requires 15+ years of experience in weapon systems design, development, and manufacturing, with a strong background in mechanical weapon systems, recoil systems, feed systems, turrets, and RWS. Must have experience with MIL-STD / NATO STANAG qualification and testing, and senior engineering leadership experience in a defense manufacturer, OEM, or government arsenal. A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Weapons Engineering, Materials Science, or Mechatronics is required.
