Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Welding Engineering. Must have a minimum of 15 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, offshore, or petrochemical projects, with at least 5 years of experience on ADNOC, ADNOC Offshore, Saudi Aramco, QatarEnergy, or major Middle East offshore projects. Experience in offshore platforms, pipelines, topsides, brownfield/greenfield projects, fabrication yards, offshore construction, and commissioning is essential. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred, along with CSWIP 3.1/3.2, BGAS, NACE, or API certifications.
