Requirements
Requirements MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution. Recognized postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Consultant-level qualification recognized by the relevant UAE licensing authority. Minimum 3 years of post-specialization/consultant-level experience, subject to licensing requirements. Strong experience in managing routine and high-risk pregnancies and gynecological conditions. Proven experience in gynecological surgical procedures. Experience in minimally invasive/laparoscopic surgery is an advantage. Strong clinical judgment, surgical skills, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Our leading healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist to join its multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive women's healthcare, including obstetric care, gynecological consultations, surgical procedures, reproductive health, and management of complex and high-risk cases. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care. Manage routine and high-risk pregnancies and obstetric emergencies. Perform vaginal deliveries and Caesarean sections as clinically indicated. Diagnose and manage a wide range of gynecological conditions, including menstrual disorders, fibroids, pelvic pain, infections, hormonal disorders, and menopause-related conditions. Perform elective and emergency gynecological procedures and surgeries within the approved scope of practice. Perform minimally invasive and laparoscopic procedures where appropriately qualified. Provide family planning, contraception counselling, reproductive health, and fertility-related consultations. Conduct preventive women's health services and appropriate screening. Evaluate infertility and coordinate appropriate investigations and referrals where required. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and manage complications. Counsel patients regarding diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes. Collaborate with neonatologists, anesthesiologists, radiologists, fertility specialists, oncologists, nurses, and other multidisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and clinical documentation. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, clinical governance, and continuing medical education. Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, facility policies, and patient-safety standards.
