Requirements
The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in SAP role and authorization design across various SAP modules including SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, BW/4HANA, Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, Ariba, CAR, and BTP. Hands-on experience with SAP IAG, IAS, and IPS, along with integration of IAM components, and HR-driven identity lifecycle automation is crucial. A strong understanding of SoD concepts, SAP IAG Access Analysis, and SoD risk management, including technical design and maintenance of SoD rulesets, is required. The role also demands advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with a keen ability to identify data quality issues and ensure the integrity of role design and access governance deliverables. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to explain complex IAM concepts to business and IT teams are essential.
