Proven experience as a Kitchen Technician or in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and maintenance procedures. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment when necessary. Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with kitchen staff. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, as required. Must be currently residing in the UAE.
