External Job DescriptionThe Logistics Specialist is responsible for executing and coordinating domestic and international logistics activities to ensure the timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of materials and finished products across Pulse Nova's operations.Working closely with Warehouse, Planning, Procurement, Production, and external logistics partners, the Logistics Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining material availability, supporting production continuity, and driving efficient, reliable supply chain operations within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesManage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating carriers, freight forwarders, warehouse and internal stakeholders to support production prioritiesPrepare, validate and control shipping and customs documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, permits), ensuring full regulatory complianceTrack shipments end‑to‑end, proactively identify delays and execute mitigation actions (re‑routing, expedites, alternative carriers)Coordinate deliveries to align with warehouse receiving capacity, material staging and production sequencing, minimizing disruption and cost impactSupport logistics execution for finished goods distribution and internal transfers, ensuring on‑time and compliant deliveryEnsure correct packaging, labeling and handling for sensitive, serialized or controlled items, in line with internal standards and carrier requirementsMonitor logistics KPIs (OTD/OTIF, transit time, cost, incidents) and support continuous improvement based on root‑cause analysisSupport inventory and logistics alignment with Warehouse, Planning and Supply Chain teams, ensuring accurate ERP/WMS transactions and documentationRequirements5+ years in logistics roles within manufacturing or industrial operations with international shipment exposureExperience coordinating freight forwarders, carriers and customs processes in regulated or defense environmentsWorking knowledge of Incoterms and export/import compliance fundamentals; controlled items or DG awareness is a plusAbility to manage multiple shipments and priorities under time pressure, coordinating across warehouse and production interfacesERP/WMS exposure is a plus, with disciplined approach to data accuracy and shipment documentationExperience in UAE logistics operations and defense sector requirements is preferred
