The role requires hands-on involvement in day-to-day procurement operations, close coordination with the Finance team, and effective collaboration across diverse teams. Experience in ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle is essential to streamline procurement workflows and ensure compliance with company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement OperationsManage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor records in NetSuite/Oracle ERPEnsure timely processing of procurement requests and approvalsSupport the team in sourcing, negotiating, and contracting suppliersVendor & Supplier ManagementMaintain vendor database, track supplier performance, and support supplier evaluationsFollow up with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and order confirmationsAssist in ensuring compliance with company procurement standardsFinancial CoordinationCollaborate closely with the Finance team on invoice verification, payment schedules, and reconciliationTrack purchase order to payment cycles, resolving mismatches or discrepanciesPrepare reports on procurement spend, cost savings, and budget adherenceTeam & Stakeholder SupportWork in alignment with a multi-diverse team across departments (Engineering, Operations, Creative, etc.)Provide administrative and operational support to the Procurement Manager and wider teamParticipate in continuous process improvements to optimize procurement efficiencyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field1-3 years of procurement experience, ideally in a small to mid-sized team environmentHands-on experience with NetSuite or Oracle ERP (mandatory)Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with Finance and other teamsHigh attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesBasic knowledge of procurement policies, compliance, and vendor management best practices
