Requirements
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef De Partie in a hotel or fine dining environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and food safety standards. Experience in Cold Kitchen and Garde Manger is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
