Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field.2–4 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, communications, business development support, or a related role.Experience in a professional services, engineering, construction, real estate, or similar environment is preferred.Strong understanding of brand guidelines, visual identity, and brand consistency.Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.Proficiency in graphic design tools, particularly Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong self-management and organizational skills.High attention to detail and strong quality-control skills.Good research and information-gathering skills.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support the company's marketing, communications, and business development activities.The role will focus on maintaining the company's brand identity and marketing materials, managing project and professional databases, supporting proposals and prequalification activities, coordinating media production, and preparing high-quality business development and marketing materials.The ideal candidate will have strong presentation and visual communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.Experience within a professional services, engineering, construction, real estate, or similar environment is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and enforce the company's brand guidelines across corporate communications and marketing materials.Ensure consistency across logos, colors, typography, layouts, imagery, and overall visual identity.Maintain and regularly update the company's project database and project sheets.Maintain project media materials and the staff CV database.Support the preparation of prequalification documents, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and proposals.Create and edit marketing materials using relevant graphic design and presentation software.Develop professional presentations, visual materials, and file templates.Support the design and production of corporate stationery, promotional materials, event materials, and other branded items.Edit and proofread written and visual content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professional presentation.Coordinate with external agencies regarding social media content, project highlights, and other corporate communications.Conduct research and gather information required for marketing and business development activities.Support business development activities and the preparation of relevant materials.
