Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, REVIT certification, and 5-7 years of related experience in BIM/Revit architectural, structural, or MEP modeling, coordination, and 4D modeling. Proficiency in BIM software, Primavera Enterprise, MS Office, and fluency in Arabic and English are required.

JOB PURPOSE:Review and generate BIM / Revit Architectural, structural, or MEP models produced for the companyprojects based on the provided information from consultant and to ensure meeting the clientrequirements and achieve efficiency in managing the projects in terms of schedules and cost.Roles & Responsibilities:· Collect the project data from consultant or tender department to ensure issuing the BIM modelfor the projects including all the project specifications to identify quantity of materials and timeschedule.· Review BIM models to create BIM architectural, structural, and MEP models.· Coordinate with Estimating department in tender phase and project managers in constructionphase of the projects to ensure implementation of BIM standards to meet the clientrequirements.· Review and consolidate BIM Models to produce 4D Model for the projects.· Link between BIM/Revit and Primavera Enterprise software to visualize the projects status interms of time and cost.· Maintain and configure the different models to ensure the model integrity is maintained to suitthe project BIM execution plan and associated BIM requirements.· Ensure that the performance of various assigned tasks, and the conduct of BIM Model and juniormodel engineers are in accordance with the department's policies and procedures.· Train and support new BIM model Engineers to ensure their ability to handle theirresponsibilities in effective and professional manner.· Recommend in establishing the training needs for the project controls staff in his projects andtrack trainings and coaching.· Ensure working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, risk assessment andenvironmental aspects.· Handles related special assignments if required.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:Education/ Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in EngineeringProfessional Certification: REVITWork Experience: 5 - 7 years of related experienceLanguage: Arabic and English(Toefl 500 or equivalent)Computer Skills: MS Office, BIM software and Primavera
