Contribute to strategic objectives through implementing school-wide initiatives and providing high-quality evidence that can aid school improvement drives.
Manage equitable and efficient use of resources to ensure the curriculum and teaching provision is maintained within the class and is developed to meet the individual needs of learners.
Be proactive in providing support and expertise in areas of the curriculum.
Demonstrate understanding and utilisation of assessment data in the planning and delivery of lessons.
Follow school guidelines for the delivery of the curriculum to ensure continuity, consistency and excellent outcomes for learners.
