Requirements
Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, and campaign visuals.Create branding materials such as logos, brand guidelines, stationery, and visual identity elements.Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, invitations, and event collaterals.Prepare presentation decks, company profiles, proposals, and pitch documents.Work on website visuals, landing page sections, UI elements, and digital banners.Adapt designs for different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and digital ads.Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all client designs.Create design concepts based on client briefs and campaign requirements.Collaborate with the content, social media, and marketing teams.Make design revisions based on feedback from the internal team or clients.Ensure all designs are delivered in the correct formats and sizes.Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.RequirementsStrong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Experience with Canva, Figma, After Effects, or Premiere Pro is a plus.Good understanding of social media design trends.Ability to create clean, modern, and professional layouts.Strong sense of typography, spacing, color, and composition.Ability to work with different brand styles and client industries.Attention to detail and ability to follow briefs accurately.Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.Good communication and time management skills.Portfolio of previous design work is required.Preferred SkillsExperience working in a digital agency or marketing agency.Basic motion graphics or reel animation skills.Experience designing for GCC or Bahrain-based brands.Experience with event branding and corporate design.Understanding of print-ready artwork preparation.Ability to support both Arabic and English design layouts.
