Role overview
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across age groups, including acute, chronic and preventive health needs.
Manage common conditions, chronic diseases, vaccinations, screening and lifestyle risk reduction.
Coordinate referrals and continuity of care with specialists, diagnostics and allied health teams.
Deliver evidence-based counselling for family health, occupational health, travel medicine and wellness where applicable.
Maintain high standards for clinical documentation, patient education and follow-up planning.
Participate in quality improvement, preventive care campaigns and patient safety initiatives.
