Job PurposeResponsible for monitoring and controlling project costs, budgets, commitments, actual expenditure, forecasts, and cost performance throughout the EPC project lifecycle. The role provides accurate cost information and early warning of potential cost overruns.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor project budget, actual cost, commitments, accruals, and forecast against the approved cost baseline.Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports and cost variance analysis.Prepare and maintain ETC (Estimate to Complete) and EAC (Estimate at Completion).Monitor project cost performance using EVM, CPI, SPI, CV and SV.Coordinate with Planning to ensure cost and progress data are properly aligned.Maintain Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and cost coding.Monitor Purchase Orders, subcontracts, commitments, and invoices.Prepare and monitor monthly accruals and reconcile costs with Finance.Track variations, change orders, and their cost impact on the project.Monitor cost trends, risks, and potential budget overruns and provide early warnings.Support project cash-flow forecasting and management reporting.Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Contracts, Commercial, Planning, and Finance teams.Support project close-out and final cost reporting.RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.4–6 years of experience in Cost Control / Project Controls.EPC experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, or Industrial projects preferred.Good knowledge of EPC cost control, EVM, CPI/SPI, ETC/EAC, commitments, accruals, and forecasting.Strong MS Excel skills.Experience with Primavera P6, SAP, Oracle, EcoSys, Power BI, or similar systems is an advantage.Good analytical, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
