Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
Bilingual in Arabic and English, with strong reading and writing skills in both languages — mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification legal experience with a law firm or in-house legal department.
Candidates with experience in a Group/holding company business environment are preferred.
Hands-on experience in debt collection, cheque bounce matters, and litigation.
Proven experience liaising with UAE government authorities, courts, police, and Notary Public.
Experience working as a GRO/PRO or in a similar government-relations role will be an advantage.
Practical experience handling matters before the Dubai and Abu Dhabi Courts.
Strong legal research, drafting, documentation, coordination, and case-management skills.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Valid UAE Driving License.
