Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Professional Services, Solution Architecture, Consulting, or Service Delivery. Proven experience leading complex customer engagements. In-depth understanding of solution architecture, infrastructure, service delivery, and project management. Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English. Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills. Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring. Master-level expertise in Dell Technologies solutions and third-party integrations (Data Protection, Networking). Dell Proven Professional Certifications are highly desirable. Networking certifications (CCNA/CCNP) are preferred. Knowledge of Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Nutanix, Linux, or Azure Stack is an advantage. French language proficiency is a plus.
