Overview of the role The Early Career and Emiratization Partner is responsible for leading group hiring efforts for interns, graduates, and strategic programs, positioning Al Futtaim as an employer of choice. The role involves partnering with HR and business stakeholders, as well as educational institutions, to introduce early talent equipped with future skills. A key focus is championing nationalization efforts and ensuring fair and timely recruitment processes adhering to Al-Futtaim policies. Extensive engagement with external partners and active participation in branding and diversity initiatives are critical. What you will do Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for early talent, including internships, graduate programs, and strategic initiatives. Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract and hire top candidates from universities, colleges, and other educational institutions. Manage relationships with key educational institutions and strategic partners to ensure access to a diverse pool of high-potential candidates. Build and enhance Al Futtaim's employer brand to attract top talent from various target groups. Implement marketing strategies, including events, workshops, and campaigns, to position Al Futtaim as an employer of choice. Participate in career fairs, networking events, and university recruitment drives to increase company visibility. Collaborate with HR teams, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand recruitment needs and align hiring strategies with business goals. Provide guidance and consultation on talent acquisition strategies and best practices. Ensure seamless communication between business units and HR teams to optimize the recruitment process. Develop strategies that align with future skill requirements to ensure new hires are equipped to drive future success. Work with business leaders to identify key competencies needed for strategic growth plans. Partner with talent organizations to promote the hiring and development of future skills. Drive nationalization and localization efforts, ensuring alignment with local workforce development objectives. Engage with local talent pools and government initiatives to support nationalization goals. Monitor and report progress toward nationalization targets, implementing necessary actions. Support recruitment processes ensuring fair evaluation of candidates in line with Al Futtaim’s values. Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and best practices. Monitor recruitment timelines to meet business needs without compromising candidate quality. Champion diversity in recruitment by ensuring diverse talent pools are considered for all roles. Create campaigns to attract underrepresented groups and promote an inclusive work environment. Manage Emirati talent pools to meet business demands effectively. Monitor KPIs for recruitment - time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment progress and opportunities. Continuously optimize recruitment processes based on data insights and feedback. Required skills to be successful Strong interviewing and personal assessment skills.
