Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, Real Estate, or equivalent extensive operational experience. Must have significant experience in industrial, technical, engineering-intensive, or complex built-environment operations, preferably across the Middle East/GCC, with at least 15 years of overall experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Real Estate. Proven senior leadership and people-management experience in these fields is essential, along with experience leading large regional technical and operational teams across multiple countries.

Collaborate with talented people, benefit from exceptional resources, and thrive both professionally and personally throughout your career journey.About The RoleResponsible for overseeing all operational and financial activities associated with running the account portfolio across the Middle East, with full accountability for the management and performance of the P&L.The role will ensure operational excellence across multiple sites and countries, delivering a comprehensive range of Facilities Management services including hard and soft services, technical facilities management, engineering and maintenance, assignments, optional services, energy and sustainability, projects and lifecycle asset management.Key ResponsibilitiesBe commercially astute and oversee all financial activities associated with the account portfolio.Take full responsibility for P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, profitability and associated cost controls.Ensure operational and resource planning arrangements are aligned with forecasts, contractual commitments and profit targets.Lead the generation and delivery of cross-selling opportunities across other business lines.Ensure technical services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, statutory regulations, industry standards, OEM requirements and recognised FM best practices.Oversee the effective management of MEP systems, electrical and mechanical infrastructure, HVAC, BMS, critical engineering systems, life-safety systems, utilities and other technical assets, as applicable to the portfolio.Ensure appropriate technical governance, engineering standards, risk management and business continuity arrangements are implemented across sites.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, Real Estate or a related technical discipline, or equivalent extensive operational experience in FacilitiesSignificant experience in industrial, technical, engineering-intensive or complex built-environment operations, with a strong understanding of the operational risks, asset reliability, maintenance requirements and technical challenges associated with such environments, preferably across the Middle East / GCC, with the flexibility to travel according to business requirements.Experience leading large regional technical and operational teams across multiple countries and complex client portfolios.Proven senior leadership and people-management experience within Facilities Management / Real Estate / Engineering operations, with the ability to lead geographically dispersed and multidisciplinary teams15+ years of overall experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate or a related operational environment.
