Requirements
What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in architecture, construction, or fit-out Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 (required) Working knowledge of task management platforms — Jira, Asana, Notion, or similar Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo or Zoho Strong communication skills and the confidence to hold a schedule against pressureIndustry experience we're looking for: Solid grasp of consultant scope of work and consultancy workflowDirect experience working with main developers Working knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions Practical handling of variation orders — assessment, documentation, and follow-through Clear understanding of design phases across all disciplines: architectural, interior, MEP, and structuralProven track record working alongside consultants, developers, and contractors (preferred) Willingness to take a lead in developing the team and improving how we workNice to have: Experience using AI tools to support scheduling, reporting, or workflow automation
