DescriptionJob Purpose:To support strategic enablement, process optimization, analytics, and capability building across the Revenue Cycle Management function at Fakeeh Care Group. This role ensures the implementation of scalable operating models, promotes knowledge transfer, and facilitates data-driven decision-making. Acting as an internal partner, the role drives innovation, performance improvement, and operational resilience in collaboration with stakeholders and governance teams.Key Responsibilities And DutiesLead enterprise-wide RCM process reviews to identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows for scalability and standardization.Support RCM functional leads in documenting current and future-state workflows, SOPs, and operational policies.Collaborating with department leads to ensure best practices are embedded across operations.Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to structure and sustain improvements.Act as the RCM interface for compliance, audit, and governance-related meetings.Document meeting outcomes, track revisions, and coordinate responses to governance feedback.Ensure alignment between operational priorities and external oversight requirements.Develop and lead training programs, SOP documentation, and onboarding initiatives to institutionalize knowledge and reduce reliance on individuals.Promote a culture of learning and performance across the RCM team.Partner with site leads to cascade knowledge effectively across entities.Provide governance and oversight for clinical coding performance and compliance.Lead audits and corrective action plans in collaboration with billing and compliance teams.Ensure alignment between clinical documentation, coding quality, and payer expectations.Serve as an internal transformation partner to RCM leadership and stakeholders.Pilot new models, validate solutions, and guide execution across functions.Monitor adoption of initiatives and measure business impact.Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.RequirementsSkills And AbilitiesAdvanced knowledge of revenue cycle operations, analytics, and process improvement.Strong leadership and change management skills.Proven ability to translate insights into action and guide cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Experience7 years of experience in revenue cycle, performance improvement, or healthcare operations.EducationBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Engineering, or related field.
