We are actively looking for an Inventory Replenishment Analyst to join our Commercial team,Core Responsibilities:Support demand planning and replenishment activities across assigned categories.Provide data and recommendations for baseline, promotional, new item, and seasonal forecasts.Ensure inventory availability through effective replenishment planning and supply scheduling.Manage stock levels across stores and distribution centers through ordering and allocation activities.Optimize replenishment and allocation system settings to support inventory targets.Manage purchase order creation, scheduling, and supplier delivery follow-up.Plan stock allocations and monitor on-time fill rates.Support the reduction and reallocation of aged, overstock, and clearance inventory.Essential Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in a related field.2–3 years of experience in electronics retail, with good knowledge of products, brands, and market dynamics.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Strong systems and tools aptitude with the ability to quickly learn ERP and technical applications.Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
