Job Summary:Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business units, deliver TA metrics/reporting, and drive employer branding initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.Key Responsibilities:1. End-to-End RecruitmentPartner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring criteriaPost vacancies, source candidates (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies)Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviewsCoordinate interview panels, assessments, and feedback collectionManage offer negotiation, extension, and pre-boarding handoverMaintain candidate pipeline in ATS with accurate, up-to-date records2. TA Metrics & ReportingTrack and report core KPIs: time-to-fill, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, candidate drop-off rateBuild monthly/quarterly TA dashboards for leadershipAnalyze recruitment funnel data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvementsMaintain hiring forecast vs. actuals tracking3.
