Job Summary:Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business units, deliver TA metrics/reporting, and drive employer branding initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.Key Responsibilities:1. End-to-End RecruitmentPartner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring criteriaPost vacancies, source candidates (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies)Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviewsCoordinate interview panels, assessments, and feedback collectionManage offer negotiation, extension, and pre-boarding handoverMaintain candidate pipeline in ATS with accurate, up-to-date records2. TA Metrics & ReportingTrack and report core KPIs: time-to-fill, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, candidate drop-off rateBuild monthly/quarterly TA dashboards for leadershipAnalyze recruitment funnel data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvementsMaintain hiring forecast vs. actuals tracking3. Employer BrandingSupport career page, social media, and job posting content aligned with EVPRepresent company at job fairs, campus recruitment, and industry eventsContribute to employee testimonial/content campaignsMonitor employer review platforms (Glassdoor, LinkedIn) and support response strategy
