Job Description:
? Manage end-to-end construction projects, including design, tendering, procurement, execution, delivery, contracts, quality, safety, authority approvals, and final handover.
? Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, cash flow, cost control, risk management, and overall project financials while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
? Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams, including tender evaluations, contract negotiations, site supervision, and performance monitoring.
? Lead project execution through regular site visits, progress monitoring, issue resolution, change control, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and project closure
