Monitor manufacturing processes for efficiency, safety, and quality compliance. Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and ISO standards. Train, guide, and evaluate production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork. Schedule and allocate labor, materials, and equipment resources effectively. Conduct routine inspections to ensure machines (e.g., blow molding, filling, labeling, capping lines) are operating properly. Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime. Track production data, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare shift reports. Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.). Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and health regulations. Participate in planning and forecasting production requirements with management.
