The successful candidate should have experience in developing business and overseeing operations in geoscience and mining consultancy and engineering sector.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with HQ teams and corporate functions to provide valuable insights into markettrends and competitive positioning. Develop business opportunities in areas of geosciences and mining consultancy andengineering. Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure theircompletion. Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales,profitability, and market share. Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively. Manage all available P&L levers, both on the revenue and cost side, to ensure committedyearly financial goals are achieved. Manage bank accounts.
