Role DescriptionTo ensure stock accuracy with respect to quantity, batches and variant in coordination with Stores, Supply chain & Trade Marketing.Ensure Stock accuracy by conducting continuous Physical verification of stocks and updating the systemsEnsure that the Mid Year and Year end stock count is conducted as per the guidelines & PolicesCoordinating with Finance, Supply chain, Stores & Administration for the proper conducting of Stock countMonitor short expiry stocks and highlight areas of concern periodicallyFollow up of stock-in-transit and ensure clearance.Ensure that the expired goods are cleared from the system through rigorous follow-upsMonitor the ageing of stocks on a periodic basis and highlighting the Mismatches and making corrective actionsConducting Spot check during day & night for ensuring the accuracy of the stocks picked & loadedQualificationsGraduate in accounting discipline with minimum 2 years experienceProficiency in MS Office
