Lead and mentor a team of quality control specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and meticulous attention to detail.Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) programs.Establish and oversee inspection procedures and testing protocols to ensure product and process compliance.Conduct thorough root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.Drive process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations and internal quality standards.Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and other departments to integrate quality throughout the product lifecycle.
