Morgan Export & Agency Finance ("EAF") is a group of professionals within Trade & Working Capital focused on structuring and arranging structured debt solutions aimed at meeting our clients' unique financing needs across a highly collaborative global platform. We partner with export credit agencies ("ECAs"), multilateral agencies ("MLAs") and development finance institutions ("DFIs") (each an "Agency" and together "Agencies") to support our clients with financing solutions that feature credit enhancements or direct lending from relevant Agencies. ECAs are established by governments to promote national exports. DFIs and MLAs are public financing institutions with economic development missions. As our Vice President in the EAF Middle East, North Africa, Türkiye and CIS ("MENA") team within Trade and Working Capital, you will be responsible for assisting in execution of EAF transactions with a focus on MENA and APAC regions and opportunities to support EAF transactions globally, as well as assisting in the management of Agency programs and associated relationships. Job responsibilities: Contributes to deal life cycle: from execution to subsequent transition to portfolio management Supports senior transaction professionals globally in advancing the transaction deal life cycle Assists in work streams including: structuring and documentation negotiations, internal deal memos and execution of documentation, restructuring post-signing Ensures adherence to JPMorgan internal operating procedures and policies, driving a consistent approach globally - support the execution process to ensure that all internal approval and process requirements are met Provide support in reviewing Agency guarantees and insurance policies in line with regulatory requirements Contributes to content development for internal & external thought leadership Builds & leverages internal network, principally with colleagues in Global Trade & Working Capital, Global Corporate & Investment Bank and Commercial Bank, as well as with Infrastructure Advisory Finance, Markets and Debt Capital Markets product partners and other functions within Payments, as appropriate Develop relationship management proficiencies with internal and external clients as well as developing leadership skills by acting as a go-to person for certain aspects of deal management and develop familiarity with environmental, social and governance considerations surrounding international finance Required qualifications, skills and capabilities: Legal qualification - relevant level of post qualification experience working in private practice or in house loans legal / export and agency finance role Track record of managing ECA transactions and working in a high performing, geographically distributed team Project management capability Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop relationship management proficiencies with internal & external stakeholders and leadership skills by acting as a go-to person for certain aspects of deal management High degree of professionalism Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities: Understanding of corporate financing, project financing as well as different sector-specific financing structures (e.g. shipping, aviation, etc) through proven professional experience Understanding of J.P.
