Requirements
The role is an Individual Contributor position requiring end-to-end ownership of social media strategy, content creation, publishing, measurement, and improvement. Candidates must demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing built and managed social media accounts, developed content strategies, created engaging content, designed social assets, written clear copy, grown audiences, managed campaigns, and used analytics to inform their approach. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, possesses strong creative judgment, balances creativity with commercial thinking, is willing to wear multiple hats, and can build processes in an early-stage company.

There is no designer waiting for your brief. There is no copywriter, video editor, or agency doing the execution for you.You will own social media end-to-end, from figuring out what we should say to creating it, publishing it, measuring it, and improving it.We're not expecting agency-level production from one person, because we're realistic. But we do expect work that is good, professional, on-brand, and absolutely acceptable to put in front of customers.You'll be expected to:Own and execute social media strategy across multiple brandsBuild content calendars and decide what gets published and whenResearch audiences, trends, competitors and relevant content formatsDevelop content ideas, concepts, hooks and campaignsWrite captions, scripts and other social copyCreate social media designs, carousels, stories and other basic visual assetsCoordinate with our Creative Content Producer when content needs to be shotEdit or adapt basic video content when neededPublish and manage content across relevant platformsMonitor performance and understand what is and isn't workingManage the journey from content → engagement → lead → conversionWork with the wider team to improve marketing funnels and customer journeysExperiment, test, learn and iterateBuild the processes and systems that don't exist yetExperienceWe genuinely don't care how many years you've worked.
