The recreation supervisor will oversee daily recreational activities, manage staff, and ensure guests enjoy a memorable and engaging leisure experience during their stay.
In this role, you will coordinate various recreational programs, supervise the recreation team, and ensure all facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the recreation team to deliver excellent guest services.
Plan, organize, and oversee recreational activities and events for guests.
Ensure all recreational equipment and facilities are properly maintained and safe.
Provide support and assistance to guests regarding recreational services.
Maintain schedules and coordinate with other hotel departments as needed.
