The role oversees production delivery, capacity planning, industrialization, operational performance, and cross-functional coordination to meet business and customer requirements.Responsibilities Lead CNC machining, surface treatment, and manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets. Manage production planning, capacity, manpower, equipment utilization, and resource allocation. Ensure production readiness for new products, including tooling, processes, materials, and manufacturing documentation. Oversee third-party engineering and industrialization partners, ensuring timely and effective technical support. Monitor operational KPIs, including output, utilization, downtime, scrap, rework, and on-time delivery performance. Drive quality, compliance, traceability, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. Lead, develop, and manage manufacturing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with HSE standards while maintaining equipment reliability and operational continuity.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles within CNC machining, mechanical manufacturing, or related industries.
