Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 1-2 years of professional experience in software development, application development, or a related software engineering role. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications is required. Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Deluge, Apex, C, or C++. Good understanding of SQL, relational databases, database concepts, and data management. Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Description
Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications and internal business solutions based on organizational requirements. Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain applications using programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Deluge, C, C++, or other relevant technologies.Develop and customize solutions across the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho applications as required.Develop and maintain custom workflows, functions, integrations, automations, and business processes using Zoho Deluge and APIs.Integrate Zoho applications with internal systems, third-party applications, websites, and other business platforms.Provide technical support and troubleshoot application, software, hardware, system, and integration-related issues.Work with databases, SQL queries, data structures, and database management concepts to support application development and reporting requirements.Manage system data, backups, documentation, access controls, and technical records in accordance with organizational policies.Assist with website development, maintenance, database updates, internal tools, and other technology initiatives as required.Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective software and automation solutions.Conduct application testing, debugging, performance improvements, and issue resolution to ensure system reliability and functionality.Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to internal users on software applications, Zoho platforms, and other business systems.Train and guide employees on the effective use of software applications and technology solutions implemented within the organization.Collaborate with senior IT and software engineering team members on development projects, system enhancements, integrations, and implementations.Stay updated with emerging technologies, software development practices, Zoho product updates, and automation capabilities.Ensure compliance with IT policies, information security standards, data protection requirements, and software development best practices.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.1–2 years of professional experience in software development, application development, or a related software engineering role.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho applications is required.Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Deluge, Apex, C, or C++.Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Analytics, or other Zoho applications will be highly preferred.Strong knowledge of Zoho Deluge, workflows, custom functions, APIs, and system integrations.Good understanding of SQL, relational databases, database concepts, and data management.Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, application integrations, and automation tools is preferred.Good understanding of operating systems, networking fundamentals, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure.Ability to analyze technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop practical solutions independently.Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Good presentation and technical training skills, with the ability to explain software and technical concepts to non-technical users.Strong willingness to learn new technologies, platforms, programming languages, and business applications.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support multiple technical requirements in a fast-paced environment.
