Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, English Literature, or a related field UK QTS or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification
A valid teaching certification/license from the UK, Ireland, USA, Australia, or South Africa
Minimum 4 years of teaching experience, preferably within an international or private school
UAE teaching experience is preferred
Strong classroom management and instructional skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A sound understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies
A collaborative, flexible, and student-focused approach
KHDA & UAE Requirements
Candidates must be able to meet the relevant KHDA and UAE employment requirements, including, where applicable:
Attested academic qualifications
Valid teaching certification/license from the candidate’s home country
Police clearance certificate
Medical fitness certification
Other documentation required for employment in the UAE
