Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, English Literature, or a related field UK QTS or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification

  • A valid teaching certification/license from the UK, Ireland, USA, Australia, or South Africa

  • Minimum 4 years of teaching experience, preferably within an international or private school

  • UAE teaching experience is preferred

  • Strong classroom management and instructional skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A sound understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies

KHDA & UAE Requirements

  • Valid teaching certification/license from the candidate’s home country

  • Police clearance certificate

  • Medical fitness certification
