Dubai Health seeks to strengthen Dubai as a global leader in health care, medical education, research, and scientific innovation, to enhance the capabilities of Dubai's healthcare sector. Dubai Health is managing and operating 54 sites, including 6 government hospitals, 26 ambulatory health centers, 20 medical fitness centers, Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU), and Al Jalila Foundation.The Institute of Learning (IOL) team at MBRU is seeking applications for the position of Research Assistant.The responsibilities include:To assist in the execution, organization, development, and management of research projects within CORE.To work within a research team to achieve project objectives.To analyze quantitative data sets for the purposes of answering research questionsTo contribute to the production of research publications.To work with others in CORE to build the capacity of its members by holding internal talks/working groups in your area of expertise.Minimum Qualification:A Master's degree (preferably PhD/EdD) with previous experience conducting and publishing research in education and/or healthcare settings.Minimum Experience:Experience with cleaning, collating, and analyzing quantitative data from multiple sources and presenting results visually.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Highly motivated lifelong learner who is interested in applying creativity to exploring new ideas and approaches to education and public health.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Only shortlisted will be contacted for an interview.
