Manage Campaigns & Awareness: Plan and implement patient awareness and digital marketing campaigns ensuring positive ROI and patient reach targets. Ensure Product Readiness: Coordinate product registrations, prepare promotional materials, and support product launches and events. Enable Sales Excellence: Conduct training sessions for sales teams, provide tools and materials, and monitor their performance against marketing objectives. Monitor Performance & KPIs: Track sales performance, ROI, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities. Customer & Market Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with HCPs, conduct field visits, and address customer issues to sustain high satisfaction (NPS).Optimize Budgets: Manage branding expenses efficiently and contribute to achieving quarterly sales and profitability targets.
