Requirements
The role requires the ability to manage operational risk events, incidents, and losses, ensuring proper booking and reconciliation with Finance. It also involves supporting Business Risk Champions in identifying and challenging Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and following up on Action Plans Implementation within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Reporting to management for review and providing analysis of incidents and loss management are key responsibilities.
