Al-Futtaim Education Foundation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team across Deira International School and Universal American School — two of Dubai's most highly regarded international schools. The LSA will work under the direction of the class teacher to provide targeted in-class support that enables all learners to access the curriculum, build confidence, and reach their full potential.
Classroom support
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons across all subjects and year groups
Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning objectives and build confidence
Adapt resources and activities to meet the diverse needs of learners in the classroom
Assist students with tasks and materials to ensure full participation in lessons
Student wellbeing & pastoral care
Monitor student wellbeing and promptly communicate concerns to the class teacher
Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all students
Support students during transitions, break times, and school activities as required
Planning & assessment support
Collaborate with teachers to prepare differentiated activities and appropriate learning materials
Observe and record student progress, feeding back relevant information to the class teacher
Contribute to student support plan reviews and attend team meetings as required
Assist with the organisation of classroom resources and learning displays
