Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. 3+ years of software engineering experience, including AI/ML apps in production. Experience with LLM APIs, generative AI patterns (prompting, tool calling, RAG), and ML fundamentals. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We are currently hiring a dynamic AI Engineer, responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and deploying AI-powered applications and solutions across the business. The role will cover the full AI development lifecycle, from initial prototyping and experimentation through to production deployment, monitoring, optimization, and ongoing improvement.Key Accountabilities:Design, build, and deploy AI applications end-to-end, from prototype to production.Direct AI coding agents to generate code, owning architecture, security, and maintainability.Build on foundation models to create agent workflows.Integrate AI into products and backend services.Build evaluation, testing, and monitoring for quality, safety, latency, and cost.Evaluate emerging AI tools and make build-vs-buy recommendations.Collaborate with internal teams and partners; communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.To Join our team, you will have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.3+ years of software engineering experience, including AI/ML apps in production.Experience with LLM APIs, generative AI patterns (prompting, tool calling, RAG), and ML fundamentals.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Language skills:Excellent written and spoken English.Any second language is desirable.Our Vision is to be the world-class hub for entrepreneurship and innovation in the region.
