Requirements
The candidate must have 6-8 years of experience in BIM modelling, specifically with Structural Revit modelling. Proficiency in REVIT/TEKLA Precast/TEKLA Steel/Civil3D, BIM standards, generating models from scratch, extracting GFC drawings, working with BIM models LOD 400, and quantity estimation using BIM is required. Experience with clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, along with practical knowledge of site construction activity and good communication skills, is essential.

The candidate must have experience of Structural Revit modellingHe/ She should have relevant Experience of 6-8 yrs. in BIM modelling field REVIT/TEKLA Precast/TEKLA Steel/Civil3D & ACC.Should be able to generate structural BIM models from scratch.He / She should have in depth knowledge of BIM standards Should be able to extract GFC drawings from BIM models.Should have worked on BIM models LOD 400 in the pastShould be conversant with quantity estimation using BIM.Should be able to review BIM models and identify errors.Should have hand on experience of clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.He/ She should be able to train other modellers in the teamShould have good practical knowledge of site construction activity.The candidate should have good verbal & written communication skills.He / She should be having innovative mindset to explore new opportunities
