The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all project activities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery within the construction sector. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in line with project objectives and milestones. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate project plans and ensure alignment of activities across departments. - Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or risks, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations for project stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans. - Manage resource allocation and assist in forecasting future resource needs. - Utilize project management software to analyze data and update schedules accordingly. - Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
