• Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent discipline.
Postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Minimum Experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience, including leadership experience.

Knowledge of the employee lifecycle, HR systems, and HR processes.
Understanding of organisational effectiveness and organisational development concepts, including employee engagement, training needs analysis, and learning design and delivery.
Knowledge of project management and change management methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to plan and manage complex projects.
Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leading without direct authority.
Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and develop new skills.
Agile and resilient, with the ability to respond effectively to changing project objectives, timelines, and team structures.
Proficiency in modelling and data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel.
