We are looking for a Manager – Process & Compliance to support the finance transformation agenda across Al-Futtaim Automotive’s UAE and overseas operations.In this role, you will work closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to support ERP enhancements, strengthen process governance, improve system adoption, and drive better controls across automotive business operations.The successful candidate will bring a strong finance process background, ERP understanding, analytical thinking, and the ability to work confidently with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.What You Will DoSupport the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems from a finance process and compliance perspective.Partner with IT and business teams to identify, design, and execute system improvements.Drive smooth delivery of system upgrades, enhancements, and process changes with minimal disruption to business operations.Build strong process knowledge across automotive operations including new vehicles, used vehicles, parts, service, rental, leasing, finance integration, treasury, tax, and reporting.Review current business processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service delivery.Ensure business processes and systems comply with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
