Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related function, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Understanding of QA/QC processes, inspection procedures, and quality documentation. Experience in preparing quality reports, audit documentation, and certification/prequalification documents. Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Description
Key Accountabilities:Perform routine QA checks and inspections in line with company standards.Collect and maintain quality-related documentation, reports, and records.Support internal and external audit activities by preparing required data.Assist in preparing certification and prequalification documents.Monitor compliance with established QA procedures and escalate issues to senior staff.Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.Contribute to maintaining accurate QA data and reporting tools.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the QA function.QHSE Responsibilities Full compliance with current QHSE policies and standards is a specific responsibility of every employee.
